New automations launch with human checks on anything customer-facing. On a maintenance plan, every run is monitored — failures alert me, not your customers, and I fix them.
Do I have to take a monthly plan?
No, but I recommend it. Every setup project includes 30 days of support. After that you can choose a plan, or take the documentation and run it yourself — you own everything I build.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice. Move up or down whenever your needs change.
